  * Upgraded to gtk-doc version 1.6
  * Upgraded to Fedora's linuxdoc-tools-0.9.21, build 7
  * Upgraded to OpenSP version 1.5.2
  * Upgraded to Fedora's sgml-common-0.6.3, build 18
  * Removed unused build script from linuxdoc-tools.build 
  * Re-ordered the build script since OpenSP-1.5.2 requires xmlto,
    and xmlto requires the docbook stuff to be installed.
  * Modified OpenJade's ./configure to be the same as Fedora's SRPM.
    This is because since we're installing Fedora's docbook RPMs,
    the RPM post install scriptlets expect certain directories to exist,
    and I want an easy life :-)
  * Added xmlto version 0.0.18
  * Added AsciiDoc version 7.1.2
    Thanks pinotj at club-internet.fr for the initial patches for
    xmlto and AsciiDoc.
  * Removed buildDocBookCatalog script.  If you delete your system's SGML or XML
    catalog scripts, thinking that this script can repopulate them, it won't.
    If you're adding docbook data to your system, you need to read the docs that
    come with the new data you're installing.
  * Thanks to Red Hat for the loan of a laptop on which to test this build ;-)
